Attendees will explore attachment-based therapeutic approaches that build effective attunement for therapeutic relationships and application into client’s own personal relationships. Interventions are focused on the concept of connection and application within co-regulation actions.

Elements of Competence
This continuing education activity has been designed to change learner competence and focuses on the American Board of Medical Specialties areas of patient care and procedural skills and the interprofessional competencies of values/ethics, roles/responsibilities, communication, and teams/teamwork.
Intended Audience
This activity is designed for physicians, nurses, advanced practice providers, psychologists, social workers, licensed counselors and other interested mental healthcare providers.
Learning Objectives
As a result of participation in this series, members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Apply effective attachment-focused attunement with clients.
- Increase attentiveness with clients in therapeutic settings.
- Create opportunities for clients to identify their own co-regulation strengths for building healthier relationships.
