  2. Explain basic differences in types and sizes of variants identified in commonly ordered genetic tests

  3. Identify benefits and limitations of commonly ordered genetic tests

  4. Discuss challenges and solutions to implementing genomic medicine in a NICU setting

  5. Identify medical considerations such as indication and diagnostic yield influencing genetic test selection

  6. Identify logistical considerations such as  insurance coverage, sample requirements, turn around time, parent availability, etc. influencing which genetic test to order
