Talk Objectives:

1. Outline terminology and responsible messaging around mental health and suicide
2. Identify their capacity to recognize warning signs for suicide in their colleagues
3. Examine their self-efficacy in responding to colleagues at-risk for suicide
4. Develop an awareness to resources to which they can refer those in distress, whether at-risk for suicide or not
