  2. Describe the principles of distinguishing 'mild' hyperparathyroidism from normal physiology
  3. Discuss why it is important to start thyroid hormone replacement immediately after thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer
  4. Evaluate TSH ranges for low, intermediate, and high risk for recurrence thyroid cancer
