Learning Objectives:
- Describe the scope and range of documented physical, developmental, sexual and reproductive, and mental health effects of armed conflict on children and adolescents, including effects relevant to clinicians outside pediatric subspecialty practice.
- Identify at least three actionable recommendations from the 2026 AAP policy statement that clinicians in any specialty can implement to support children and families affected by armed conflict.
- Define témoignage and differentiate it from strict humanitarian neutrality as an approach to advocacy for children and families in conflict settings.
