Title: Networking in Medical Education Scholarship

Learning Objectives:

  1. Utilize colleagues working on medical education projects within their department and institution.
  2. Identify appropriate collaborators and resources to support scholarly projects across a range of methodologies 
  3. Outline key steps for advancing promotion and career development with a focus on teaching and educational scholarship.
  4. Explore strategies for engaging in regional and national networks (e.g., APPD, COMSEP, COPS, AAMC, APA, ACGME) to expand professional impact.
  5. Access resources for continuing education in medical education and identify journals and literature to stay current in the field.
