  2. Examine the research, quality improvement, and operational questions that a single de-identified dataset can answer.
  3. Identify the principal limitations of secondary EHR data and the governance and design safeguards that make its use defensible.
  4. Identify one answerable question within their own practice or department that existing data could address.
