Objectives:

As a result of this educational regularly scheduled series, learners as members of the healthcare team will be able to:

  1. Describe the signs and symptoms of lupus.
  2. Determine when to effectively refer a suspected case of lupus to a rheumatologist.
  3. Identify how to initiate a work-up for lupus.
  4. Illustrate increased knowledge about lupus epidemiology, health disparities and disease characteristics.
