Forward7th Floor Education Summit - March 2026
Overview
This course provides participants with up-to-date education on the latest evidence-based practice initiatives to enhance clinical decision-making and patient care. Learners will explore new, evolving, high-risk, and low-volume practices relevant to their field. The curriculum includes hands-on training in BLS/CPR and AED usage, safe chemotherapy administration and documentation, and the selection and use of appropriate safe patient handling equipment.

Intended Audience
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of nurses.
Learning Objectives
As a result of this activity, participants, as members of the healthcare team will be able to:
- Identify ligature risks and correctly describe the patient sitter process for individuals requiring constant observation.
- Determine the correct disposal location for medical waste
- Discuss care for patients receiving BiTE Therapy
- Describe the process for obtaining supplies and performing therapeutic phlebotomy
