• Analyze legal service requests for expert testimony to identify the nature of the request, the relationship to their clinical role and their obligations in terms of responding
  • Compare the scope of a “treating provider” witness role and “independent expert” witness role evaluate a request for expert testimony
  • Describe the typical activities an expert may be asked to serve in a legal matter in order to better interpret what is being requested and what issues they need to better define with the requesting attorney
  • Develop an approach for how they individually/their office will make use of Risk/Legal resources available to faculty
