  2. Examine the role of IL-11 in mediating JAK/STAT3 activation and M2 polarization in lung tumor ecosystems
  3. Identify how AXL and JAK inhibitors affect tumor cell viability in lung cancer cell lines, lung organoids, mouse models and how this translates to clinical trials
