1)  Explain how RNA interference might be used to treat autosomal dominant brain disease

2)  Describe small interfering RNA and how this molecule can be used to lower a mutant protein

3)  Identify ways to reduce the mutant protein, based on anti-sense oligonucleotides, gene editing, and micro-RNAs
