The Providers and Teens Communicating for Health (PATCH) Program is an innovative, youth-driven program working to improve adolescents health and well-being across the nation. Wisconsin PATCH is made up of a collaboration of several PATCH Sites from across the state and is part of the larger PATCH vision! We work in communities around the state of Wisconsin to educate, engage, and empower young people to take control of their own health and we encourage young people to raise their voices to create positive change.

PATCH can offer in-person and virtual workshops to teens and health care professionals across the state of Wisconsin that will help improve patient-provider relationships, encourage more emphasis on adolescent health care rights, and prepare teens and health care professionals to give youth more responsibility in health care settings.

At PATCH, we believe that health care practices, programs, and policies should be developed with young people rather than just for them. After all, who could be better than teens at providing insight into the needs and desires of teens?!
