Credit Eligibility *

Select the credit type(s) for which you are eligible and would like to receive credit.
If you select "None," you will be provided a Continuing Education Units (CEU) certificate.

Not all credit types are available for every activity/course.

Specialty Boards NABP/MOC CREDIT: In order to claim ACPE credit from the NABP or Maintenance of Certification Credit (MOC) credit your profile must include the name of your Board and your unique Board ID number. Select each appropriate board and supply your unique ID number for each board, including pharmacists. Select “Other” if your board is not listed and enter the name of the board along with your unique ID number.		Order

Primary Specialty

Domestic US Mobile Numbers only. Enter a 10-digit mobile phone number, excluding any dashes, parentheses, or spaces. Your mobile phone number may be used to record your attendance at Grand Rounds and other selected activities. This number will not be distributed without your consent.

If you do not have a mobile number, add your landline number instead. You will not be able to use the attendance text-in feature used for many of our activities.

VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Once you click "Create new account" below, check your email for instructions to verify your mobile number. You will use the Mobile tab to enter the code that was sent to your phone.
