Series Overview

The Division of Genetics and Metabolism conducts a journal club on the second Wednesday of every month. Every session includes the presentation of a recent article from a peer reviewed journal which is sent to participants the preceding week. Presentation is followed by Q/A and group discussion. There is a different emphasis topic for each week with the topic areas rotating through the ACMGG competencies.

Target Audience

We plan to reach developmental pediatricians, clinical geneticists, genetic counselors, registered dieticians, medical assistants, advanced practice nurses, biochemical geneticists/fellows, molecular geneticists/fellows and cytogeneticists/fellows. Learners from each of these professional areas are also expected participants.
