Series Overview

The Division of Genetics and Metabolism conducts a case conference on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. Each session includes the presentation of clinical cases that are either diagnostic dilemmas or illustrate an important concept in clinical care. Presentations generally include background information for understanding and presentation of the case followed by discussion and Q/A.

Target Audience

Division of Genetics and Metabolism staff and students including physicians, genetic counselors, nurses, dieticians, clinic coordinators and genetics trainees (rotating residents/medical students, medical genetic fellows, genetic counseling students), and State Lab of Hygiene faculty and staff including cytogeneticists, molecular geneticists, lab directors and fellows.
