This purpose of this questionnaire is to allow you, as continuing education activity planners, to reflect on your ability to apply an equity lens to this accredited continuing education activity.
Please take time to reflect on the overall activity and consider the degree to which diversity, inclusion, and justice were apparent. Below are some questions to consider in your reflection.
