  2. Summarize the relationship between type 1 Interferon and host outcomes to COVID-19
  3. Demonstrate linkage to SARS-CoV-2 using multiplex immunohistochemistry and the local/systemic immune response in COVID toes
  4. Construct a mechanistic hypothesis for COVID toes
