Enduring CE: Omics from Research to Clinic: Unraveling the Underlying Biology of Alzheimer's Disease

Presentation available to the public at the SMPH Video Library - Geriatrics and Gerontology Didactic Series:

Yuetiva Robles (Deming), PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow in the Division of Geriatrics and Gerontology investigating genetic associations with quantitative traits to help further understanding of Alzheimer’s disease. She earned her PhD in Neuroscience from Washington University in St Louis School of Medicine. Her research focuses on disease biomarkers and endophenotypes, integrating genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, biostatistics, and bioinformatics methods to help uncover biological pathways associated with AD pathology. Dr. Robles is working toward developing methods for early detection of AD and identifying therapeutic targets to help slow or prevent the progression of disease.
