Epic Efficiency Hour: Managing the In Basket - 7:30 PM
Presenters discuss how to quickly analyze communication from patients or other providers, reduce the number of steps needed to address common messages received, and automate consistency for follow-up care.
This activity is designed for physicians who work with the EMR in their practice
By participating in this activity learners will be able to:
- Develop InBasket tools to communicate with other providers and patients to streamline patient care.
- Experiment with ways to improve efficiency and organization within InBasket using features such as Postpone, Comments, and Quick Actions.
